Job Description:
As an SEO Analyst at Adox Global Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' digital presence to improve search engine visibility and drive organic traffic. Leveraging your experience and expertise in SEO, you will be responsible for executing strategic initiatives and analyzing campaign performance to achieve measurable results. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to identify relevant keywords and phrases with high search volumes and low competition. Analyze keyword trends and user intent to inform content optimization strategies.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, image alt attributes, and internal linking structures, to improve search engine crawlability and relevance. Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement on-page SEO best practices.
- Off-Page Optimization: Assist in off-page optimization efforts, including link building, directory submissions, and influencer outreach, to enhance domain authority and increase backlink profile quality. Monitor backlink health and disavow toxic links as necessary.
- Technical SEO Audit: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting website performance, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawl errors, and indexability. Work closely with the development team to implement technical recommendations and resolve issues promptly.
- Content Strategy Support: Support the development of SEO-friendly content by providing keyword recommendations, optimizing existing content, and conducting content gap analyses. Ensure content aligns with SEO objectives and addresses target audience needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our clients' SEO performance against industry competitors. Identify competitor strategies, keywords, and backlink opportunities to inform our SEO strategies and tactics.
- Reporting and Insights: Prepare regular SEO performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders. Communicate insights, recommendations, and actionable next steps based on data analysis and campaign results.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO. Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through self-learning, training programs, and industry certifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
